Essential Ingredients: German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum) Rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis), Marjoram (Origanum marjorana) Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Lavender (Lavendula officinalis), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) and Jojoba oil (Simmondsia chinensia).

For external use only.

Usage: Take a few drops and rub it topically as needed. Can be added to cold or hot compress. For better results, ice down inflammation with oil. Use as relaxation massage oil. Can be used for foot massage.
